10:00 am	Guided tour of Enders’ Olive Farm. Stroll through the olive grove and workroom whilst sampling Wooli Oysters and sipping sparkling wine.
11.00 am	View local stalls and unique produce including fresh food, preserves and condiments.
12.00 pm	Whilst enjoying a unique, local six course degustation luncheon, observe John Meredith, our guest chef from James Street Cooking School, create master pieces with local produce.
2.00 pm	Participate in a discussion with our local producers and discover facts about produce that is readily available in the Valley.
3.00 pm	Guest speaker Ken Done will give his unique perspective on Clarence Cuisine and his thoughts on the day.
4.00 pm	Free bus available back to Grafton.
